Video Poker is a popular game that can be enjoyed in casinos across the globe, or in your house on your personal computer, through an Internet account. The regulations are very simple and involve the player attempting to achieve the highest mixture of cards possible in order to come away with money. A list of common winning hands begins with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, 3 of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It should be known that the pay out schedule can change from game to game, so that discerning enthusiasts are agile enough to select the most beneficial game each instance.
Once the initial round has finished, the player can either choose to continue on in an attempt to increase their winnings, or they can press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any cash that they may have won. Additionally, some versions of the game allow the bettor an opportunity to double their wins, in which case a further game is played. There are also differences among specific games, with some virtual decks including wild cards and other differing characteristics to increase playability.
